Lonely Chair in Bahamas

“Friends will keel you sane, Love could fill your heart, A lover can warm your bed, But lonely is the soul without a mate.” David Pratt

I photographed this image last weekend when I visited my home country (Bahamas).

When I look at this I see the last stage of thinking there was no hope; I see a person having to make a decision.

The person sat between the light and dark confused, we can only hope the person made the best decision.

I am interested in knowing what do you think about when you see this image.

Bro, this is an amazing shot! It gives me the feeling of “emptiness”, like something or someone is missing. Very nice!

Great picture!

i love taking photos of stuff like this :) there’s an abandoned, beat up caravan near where i live, when the summer comes again i’m gonna take lots of photos of it :)

@Oscar: Thank you for the comment Oscar. Every time I look back at this photo it makes me want to give back more because I think what if a child was in that chair, wow and people complain when we have it better than so many people. I am glad I didn’t see a child there seeing that was enough. I will help change that someday though… I am running on with this comment.

@Hannah: Where are you from? And I want to see some photographs of it when you take it you know how to reach me :) Thank you for stopping by pass back again Hannah nice to have you here.
